Instructor: Stacey McPartlin
In this class we learn how to prepare the body for the powerful Layback! We will discuss the stages of laybacks - from the bodywave to deep bodywave then to back bends. We will also talk about the release valves and ways of preparing the body for backbending.
Laybacks come with consistent practice and strengthening of the body. Make sure you are warmed up before attempting this practice and consult your doctor before this practice if you suffer from any back or hip related issues.
