Get ready to sweat and build some serious dancer muscle with Betty! In this 40 minute Pilates and yoga-based workout we will be strengthening your core, legs, upper body, and core to help you dance with power, grace, and fluidity! (And yes, core is listed twice - it’s on purpose.)
This 20 minute class with Charlotte will get you warmed up and ready to dance with a gentle cardio combination, isolations to lubricate the joints and some conditioning to strengthen and stabilise. Move through the exercises at your own pace and listen carefully to the instructions, breathe and have fun!
