This is the next class following Class 1/"The Beginner's Guide To Fly". In this 25 minute class, Violet does drills, introduces more combinations and concepts, discusses how to do some of our classic Fly formations and finally, gives you a chance to take the lead in a dance-along.
Please note that the song used in the "take the lead" section has counts of 4 among the 8 counts, so it might feel a bit strange at points. We've noted this in the video; it's a good challenge!

A note from Stacey: Hands down my favourite way to cool down and is part of my own practice. This cool down is aimed at bringing the body back into alignment after an ass-kicking workout. Using Pilates and yoga-inspired movements, we move through each stretch slowly and end with my favourite spinal stretch.
