Class Section #1
We will begin in the Slow Vocabulary of Phase One: Foundation. Be sure you warm up prior to your dance practices and cool down when you are finished. Everyone learns at a different pace and that's the beauty of the online studio: You can pause, re-watch, and review as many times as you want! Questions? Class Section #2
In this section, we continue to work in Phase One: Foundation, but here we introduce some of the Fast Vocabulary. We will begin by learning some of the Fast Stall Movements: Arabic, Shimmy, and Egyptian and build from there. As always, be sure you warm up or condition prior to dancing.
If you're flying (ha, pun!) through these classes, please know that we're currently in the studio working on fresh Foundation material for the online studio! Go ahead and start with Metamorphosis once you have a solid understanding and feel for Foundation.

Fly is a movement vocabulary which utilizes the fundamentals of belly dance. If you are totally new to belly dance itself, please know we are currently working on a belly dance basics series which will be released soon.
