The Violet Cool-Down

Treat yourself to 10 minutes at the end of your practice with this full-body cool-down. This is Violet's favorite go-to cool-down because it helps to bring the body and mind into a place of calm focus. It also helps align your posture to resume day-to-day activities with a happy spine. You may want a yoga mat because we will be going to the floor for a short period of time. Enjoy!
