It’s nap time! In this class we will practice Yoga Nidra, or what I like to call a Yoga Nap! Use this guided relaxation technique to help you “fall awake” into a state of ease and relaxation. You may find it also helps you fall asleep! There is no wrong way to use this body-scan-mindfulness class, from a midday stress-busting session, to preparation for deep restful sleep, make this Yoga Nap a time for you to give yourself some loving attention.
